What happens when someone scans my QR?

They land on a Spectrum page made for them, with your invitation on it. When they order, schedule an install and get connected, each step is credited back to you automatically.

Can I earn an employee reward?

Yes. Each household you refer that adds Spectrum Internet earns you a $150 gift card, at any speed. Mobile, Video, Voice and WiFi add-ons don't earn an extra reward.

When will my gift card arrive?

60 days after the household’s install. It shows as Payment processing once it’s approved, then Paid when it’s sent to your email.

Can I order door hangers?

Print your referral card from this page: it carries your QR code and your public code. Ask your program team about printed door hangers.

What can I use without a connection?

Your QR code and referral card work offline once printed or saved, and the person scanning can come back to your link at any time.

Is this connected to my employee account?

Yes. You signed in with your Spectrum employee login, so only you can see your referrals. Your link carries a public code, never your employee ID.

Can I share on social?
